New Orleans Saints: Week 9 Recap and  a Look Ahead

All of those holding Saints tickets were in luck this week as the New Orleans Saints took a much needed win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This takes the Saints to 6 wins and 3 losses in the season so far after their 27-16 victory against Tampa Bay.
The showing was exciting for fans for reasons other than the win; even those with cheap Saints tickets were able to share in a little bit of history as the Saints wore their throwback uniforms from 1967—maybe something they should do more often; during week 3 this season they beat the Texans in their throwbacks.
During the game against the Buccaneers, the New Orleans’ tickets to success lied with running back Darren Sproles and the rest of the offense. Sproles caught five passes for 57 yards, ran four times for 42 yards, two kick returns and a touchdown. In addition, Chris Ivory had fifteen carries for 67 yards; and Pierre Thomas had eight carries for 66 yards. In the end, it was the running game of the Saints that managed to seal the victory over the Buccaneers—even quarterback Drew Brees had a 20 yard run.
The entire season has been a treat for those who managed to buy Saints tickets, but there is still a long road ahead. After clinching the must-have victory, the New Orleans Saints get ready to face off with the Falcons. As the Saints buy tickets for their trip to Atlanta they will have to make sure that they are as prepared to defend their slight NFC South lead against Matt Ryan and the rest of the Falcons as they were when they went up against the Buccaneers.
Regardless of the outcome, this much anticipated week 10 game will definitely be one for the books. If still possible, it’d be a good decision to get Saints tickets for this rivalry game that may just be the one that determines who will come out on top of the NFC South.
